Miffy and Snuffy go with Barbara and Boris to the North Pole! Miffy makes a new friend named Umik, while Snuffy is quick to make friends with a sled-pulling dog named Husky. Umik shows Miffy icebergs and whales and the igloo that is his house. Miffy has brought a gift of potted flowers for her hosts. When they’re unable to plant the flowers in the frozen ground outside, Miffy gets the idea to draw pictures of flowers inside. They hang up all the pictures and make the first flower garden on the North Pole! Goodbye is never easy to say, but it’s more fun to do it on the North Pole because they say goodbye by rubbing noses!
