Our lettuce is looking amazing, but the best part is that you can grow your lettuce the same way! It is easy to do, and produces tons of food in a small space. Check out our new clothing line! http:www.freshpickedapparel.com

The reason why I love your channel so much is that you provide a logical framework and broad ideas that are infinitely applicable in a different variety of plants. These concepts increase a gardeners knowledge in an almost exponential way. I first thought of this when watching your video about planting depth a few days ago but see it throughout your content.

I tried my lettuce high intensity this year and I am not regretting it at all. I used a couple of different mesclun mixes and a caesar lettuce, but have been cutting and eating from it for two months now. I also recommend planting swiss chard and kale this way also. Love having continuous greens all season long.

Thank you. I am a new container gardener. I just used seeds to grow butterhead, romaine and endive. I planted 8 seeds of each in small container. I had plans to transplant them into gallon jugs, one per gallon jug. LOL now I'm not so certain because I really love the idea of cut and come again. Since I'm so new to it all I do believe I'll do it both ways so I can gain the experience here in zone 10a Florida. I so appreciate your time and videos

@lindawitherspoon4464 жыл бұрын
Palapper are you talking about lettuce. You can’t grow it in Texas in the summer. You and grow it all through the winter. I use boxes to grow it in. Plastic storage boxes. If it is going to rain, snow, sleet, I put the lid on. As soon as the weather is clear, I take lid off. If it’s going to freeze, lid goes on and some garden fleece to keep them warmer.

Would love to see you deep watering the next time it needs a watering, to get a better idea of exactly how you do it. I would also love tips/tricks on bugs/slugs/caterpillars on the lettuce- one of our butter lettuces got attacked by caterpillars and another lettuce by aphids/bugs! Although they leave our favorite arugula alone ❤️ And as always we’d love to know your favorites that you grew this spring, what tasted the best, easiest to grow, most bug/disease tolerant, etc My spouse and I love your videos!
