Renewing mist uptime comes down to two things really: 1. Spread it to a new target on cd 2. Get as many rising sun kicks in as possible

I play disc and i want to switch to MW monk but i don't know how to use Shouting mist and i see you never use essence font + you have no mana issue while spamming enveloping mist and vivify... God this spec is too hard to me !

essence font is rarely used in this build and ur mana cost of enveloping mist is halved when in yu'lon cooldown (when he is spamming them)
