Wonderful tribute to the humble, humorous, compassionate, and empathetic Dr. Flavier. His ''Let's DOH it'' and ''yosi kadiri'' were so iconic. I won't forget how he sometimes joked abt Sen. Drilon being ''Mila's Lechon'' (Sen. Drilon's wife's name is Mila).

I remember him as a guest speaker at my sister's graduation ceremony back in 2001. He joked about saying 'Gee, your hair smells terrific' to a tall Miss Universe contestant. 😁 He then left the venue in a Mitsubishi Space Gear, accompanied by a driver and a personal bodyguard. A very modest man.

Such crazy coincidence! I have heard about him before. My parents and relatives used to wonder if we were related to him since our surname is actually quite rare. By interesting chance, I just learned through this video that his son-in-law's name even sounded like mine! XD He's such a legend. Mabuhay ang mga Flavier!

Madami pong Juan Flavier sa lipunan. Pumili tayo ng mabuti, huwag na mag pasilaw at dala sa gandang lalaki (babae) na kumakanta, sayaw at talumpati sa mga rally pag election.
