Just got my copy 2 days ago, for that price it’s really a good read. Up until now I’ve been reading this series digitally but wanted something physically. Happy until now, just hoping Marvel will continue this series. Nice review btw!

Thank you very much! I totally get you, I did the same thing. Marvel Unlimited is a great gateway to collected editions, that's been my way of finding a ton of series I love from the company.

I've been looking for cheaper ways to get collected editions of early spidey comics. This was much better than a giant hardcover omnibus in my opinion

I just bought this! I got into these MMW smaller books. Anything Spiderman vol 1 is my thing! The new Tachen book comes out this week...its ridiculously over sized that makes it great

Back in the late 1980s, Marvel came out with a digest much smaller than this, reprinting ASM issues 50 to 80 or thereabouts. Within 15 years, the ink started to fade and today the words are illegible. This Mighty Masterworks is infinitely superior to that decades ago digest. Hopefully youngsters are attracted to buy this series. ps - for those new to the title, you'd have to get to issue 200 to see if justice is served with regards the murder of Pete's uncle.

Does that come from the Mighty Marvel First book pack? That's listed at $65 on Target?

No that's a completely different product. Mighty Marvel First Books are basically storybook retelling of certain stories and do not contain any full original issues.
