Oh the nostalgia!! I grew up on the classic rangers. I was the Green ranger for Halloween one year. Do you remember all the awesome Power Ranger school supplies that were the must haves? The folders were the best. I think they often sold out in stores. I do think $40 is too high for this particular box. I remember those color changing pens! So 90s! I like the coasters, but I liked the Spiderman and Harry Potter Culturefly boxes better. I just bought the Harry Potter one from Walmart but I haven't unboxed it yet.

I'm sorry your table got scratched. I remember seeing those fancy power Ranger coasters I should have grabbed them!!!! A pint set of all the Rangers that would be epic! !!! I had a foam lizard slap bracelet back in the day. I need to pick up my box soon , I love the green ranger but yeah yellow ranger the best!!!!! Yeah the dragon dagger is a flute he use so summon the dragonzord. Yeah the material bunching up on the pants I hate that it causes a rash. Yeah they really captured his booty ;) I remember those multi ink pens those were so cool!!!

This box was really cool. Very retro and exclusive of the time. My local Gamestop actually has just the Green Ranger fig for sale. I don't know if they took it out of a box or what. Still awesome though.

I think it was a pretty cool box. I still think it was $30 on sale for $25 at my local Virginia GameStop. But I’m guess maybe CA vs VA pricing there. This one would’ve been a cool one to come with a blanket like some of the other culture fly boxes have. Thanks for unboxing this! 😁

As a toy collector, the Green Ranger statue, considering its detail, I personally feel it alone would be valued around $15-20. Many statues are priced around $25 for that level of detail and paint. Also, looks like the dagger can be holstered. The symbol he stands on represents the Dragon. The coasters you gave $5, I can easily see them worth $10 and yes, its a triceratops (Billy/Blue Ranger) I think the figure/statue, the coasters and the Alpha-5 bottle opener makes for the value of this box. I was underwhelmed by the lunch box and personally slap bracelets. They did lack Zack as you mentioned and the blue one saying go go didnt really discern itself as a mmpr product. Least it was very evocative of the 90s. Statute Print Notebook/pen Club Card 5 Coasters Pint glass Bottle Opener Lunchbox Not a bad box. If I could change anything, I would ditch the cheap lunchbox for a keychain. Perhaps one of the Lightning Bolt. That would've been cool. The slap bracelets should've have one of all the rangers and 2nd one all their zords. Speaking of zords, the print should've included the zords... I mean, thats a significant aspect of the show they left out. I would've changed the collector club card to say an Angel Grove High School ID Card... that'd been sweet. I'm just happy they gave Alpha-5 some love. Just wish we also got Zordon love too. Maybe have that as the notebook cover. I feel $40 is a tad expensive But overall, a great box. I wonder if other boxes include different characters regarding the pint glass and figure. If so, maybe you can ebay for the Yellow Ranger, or trade with someone that got her. Love the videos!

Thanks for the detailed comment Brandon! Apparently, the lunch box and ID card were replicas from their official fan club back in the day. Also, apparently right after I filmed this video, the box went on sale for half off 🤦🏻‍♀️. I think this box is def worth the $20 price point for sure. Ban Dai held the licensing rights for the Power Rangers since the show aired its first episode but just lost it to Hasbro this year. I have exact same birthday as the actress who played the original yellow Ranger. I bought this box but I'm keeping it sealed. I would value it at much higher.

No worries. I don’t think you have to be an expert at every detail in order to be a huge fan. MMPR were such a huge part of my life growing up and even though I haven’t sent the episodes or the old school movies in forever, it will always have a big part of my heart and childhood. Knowledge of a franchise isn’t a competition when it comes to the fandom. I enjoy what I enjoy.
