While in Canada, wich fall tons of snow, having a car may be hard for the road because there aint gonna be more worker to get all that snow off, so you'll need much more Equipement, and maybe a tracked vehicule, no need to be a tank, just a vehicule with tracks

1. The hatch on the top of the car is a FAAAAATAL flaw unless if you have a lid with a latch... There will be definite times where you will need to sleep in the car and oh shit looks like a zombie just climbed in through the sun roof. 2. Are you really going to build a shin high bumper but then leave the grill exposed? If you damage your radiator then your car is pretty much fucked. 3. All that weight will slow you down real bad if your not installing stronger shocks and springs, I also will not recommend those tires. I would suggest off-road tires so you can go all terrain. I would also recommend a Jeep and not a Nissan Pathfinder just because of a Jeep's reliability.

Also if your talking about a car you would need weapons that are suited for close spaces and a katana is a long range weapon. At least talk about a coach gun or a pistol, not the most useless and stereotypical apocalypse weapons and tips so you can spew back information that all survival noobs try to spew out on their own. Tell them ACTUAL survival information, not myths about survival. No books can prepare you for a tragedy that never happened before, tell them how to do basic survival and not typical Bear Grylls "drink your own urine" and "Eat Shit to survive" because that is actually detrimental to your health and could kill you! "Double barrel shotgun can't go wrong..." Except for its low range and the fact that it only holds two bullets, making it almost useless against a medium sized group. It really does annoy me when people claim to be "Zombie Survivalist" experts. Its one thing to come up with a plan and offer advice, but how the hell can you be an expert on something that hasn't (and might not even) happen? Those same people come up with flawed "strategies" like this. A car always needs fuel, and will attract zombies and bandits. It has a limited capacity for supplies too. Not to mention that the roads will be blocked with car wrecks, blockades, and traffic. If you're surrounded by a large horde, you can't drive your way out because the corpses will get stuck on the wheels. Kill all the zombies and their bodies will pile up, also stopping you. The moaning of the horde will only attract more zombies, and eventually your defenses will fall or your food will run out if you don't go insane from the moaning first.

my logic is to do exactly what they did in the video with the metal grill on the back window so they cant get through, but like they said you might need to shoot, so if the window rolls down in the back then you can shoot through the small holes in the mesh still, then just roll the window back up.

Really, a sword. They will kill a person but only about 3 or 4 of them. The sword will get dull and need to be sharpened. I would rather have a machete because they are MUCH cheaper than a real sword and can be sharpened much easier due to the hardness of the steel.

@sasuke resengan actually the steel on your average katana is hardened to around 60-62 hrc. A high end folding knife is harder and still will dull after an hour of cutting cardboard. When you cut through bone it dulls the edge much faster than cardboard. So no they can't cut through hundreds. More like 5-10. Also it doesn't matter how sharp it is once it dulls your fucked. And if you don't know how to put a wicked edge on your sword your fucked. Also the hardness of the steel makes it harder to sharpen and also more brittle. Unlike a machete that is softer and easier to sharpen and is more flexible and less prone to chipping or snapping than a katana.

sasuke rasengan Real katanas actually suck. Japan is very isolated and has bad natural steel, thus the folding and extreme sharpening. Europeans didn't go through that as the swords could still be better than the katanas without it.
