I have Bloodlines on Lp, the Tygers of Pan Tang are still rocking it

Tygers are still Rocking Tygers Style, just like when they were my favorite band in the 80s.
@andreasbaumler6120 Жыл бұрын
Tygers are still here. True and honest music will never die! I remember times long ago, and their albums "Spellbound" and "The Cage". Now "Edge of the World" just suits into that tradition. And it even gives proof of Tygers have not failed to notice how Metal may sound in 2023. Looking forward listening to their new album. Great music!

So I've been trying to get into bands I missed growing up from the 80s. This is effectively my first introduction to the band and I am definitely not disappointed. Wow what an amazing single to release. The album artwork is killer (PLEASE MAKE IT INTO A POSTER!!!), great video of course and I hope to be able to see this live ASAP. Great stuff guys.

now this is a fine re-introduction to the band I spent a great many hours listening to in the dead of night when I should of been sleeping. The essential metal of the day held me spellbound right through days of thunder and lightning. Now after so many years of life changing events, (and getting old...LOL). Here stand the Tygers with a sound as mature as a good cheese, and with just as much strength and taste. I missed you guys.

It's more the Robb Weir Band than the Tygers Of Pan Tang as Robb is the only original member in the band, but since they've reformed they've been putting out some really good music, especially since Iacopo Meille joined.
@GARYBLONDER Жыл бұрын
Tygers diehards will no doubt take exception to my view that I haven't heard anything worthy out this band since John Sykes left - but then I heard THIS. It's a return to their NWOBHM roots, but with a more rounded sophisticated modern and Melodic sound. The production is great and the star is the headbanging twin lead break. A most enjoyable tune. My Score: Very Good 4*

@ianowen9717 Жыл бұрын
I saw them in September 1980 in Colwyn Bay, North Wales whilst they were promoting the Wild Cat album. John Sykes had not long since joined the band. Great concert. This must have been a separate tour as Iron Maiden were definitely not on the bill. They returned to the same venue in 1981 during the 'Spellbound' Tour, which I was again lucky enough to attend.
