I think it would be the same or a similar process as outlined here? And probably the pros and cons of running Jenkins as a docker container? Thanks

What about migration to a new Jenkins version on a new machine ? Current: CentOS 7, Jenkins 2.138.2 New: Alma Linux 9.3, Jenkins 2.426.1
