Migration of Categories using Shopify API | Shopify Collections (Part 2)

I did through using js but one problem which I am facing What I did: I have two store(A & B) Exported products and collections from A Imported products and collection in B store But In Store B,collections imported with sorting but products are not sync automatically, it is big issue, Did you achieve or face in python?
