Hawk trained 5 months in s3 and trained more often than miguel in s2 with kreese sometimes at night and post class. Miguel started training in s1 in aug when schools started and trained till halloween (31st october), after which hawk joined soon (mid november) and both fighters trained till may (all valley s1). Which means miguel is 3 months more experienced than hawk. In s2, they both trained for the same amount of time, but hawk is more involved in fights like mall fight and he took out most ppl in coyote creek and school fight, ad also trained after classes with kreese sometimes. By this point they should be relative in battle exp, and miguel should be 2.5-3 months more experienced. In s3, hawk trains the entirety of the season while miguel only starts in end of s3 (close to christmas) and barely trained, just got back to basics. S3 lasts from aug (start of school year) to december 19 (confirmed, right b4 christmas and confirmed in episode). Which means he trained for 5 months, meaning he is now 2-2.5 months more experienced than miguel, and was involved is many fights like soccer fight, arcade fight, many sparring fights, vs brucks fight and house fight. S4 again they train the same amount (but briefly miguel gets special training from daniel for very less time), and later on the season miguel doesnt train for a week or 2 with johnny, while hawk gets back to miyagi do. From there they train same amount of time.
