I had boost leaks/vacuum lines were corroded. I did a Vacuum Line delete (which I recommend) then installed the entire CXracing SMIC kit, got her tuned and she runs like a champ. 320 HP 370 torque.

As always great video bro, you need to check your fuel pressure, and with the age of the car, it wouldn’t hurt to go ahead and get new or rebuilt injectors and 3SX fuel loop also, of course you’d have to remove the intake again. Well worth it tho.

Try replacing your spark plug wires. My DSM sputtered at boost too and I replaced my spark plugs and it still sputtered. Then replaced my spark plug wires and it fixed the sputtering. I don't know if the VR4 is the same way but it's an idea.

He’s been driving manual for years lol. The 3000gts have a wierd reverse layout on the shifters. Us dsm guys have 5 speeds so it’s a little different

Actually aside from reverse...the 3KGT is maybe the easiest car to learn to drive shift. The clutch is heavy, the gas pedal is heavy, the stock shifts are long.

thats a injector issue for the start, injectors must be cleaned in a lab with new microfilters =D... and yeah def a boost leak too

I have 420a eclispe 97 I can't get it running right new fuel pump. filter. plugs. wires. coil. I did compression test it was 185 195 195 210 could it be headgasket? It has rough idle n stalls out. Any input appreciated no check engine light

Might be your sensors (iac?). I don’t think it has to do with your headgasket
