This looks so good! I would love to crochet this but I am lil bit scared, cause everytime I follow tutorials, my project ends looking so bad, for ex. full of holes, whereas here the top of the skirt looks so neat. Mine would definitely look either full of holes or stretched or whatever. My question to all the master crocheters? Is it yarn? I mostly used cotton. Is acrylic better here or a mix? I haven't experienced lots of yarn textures.

That’s sad to hear! Not sure but I’m guessing the problem might be your tension and honestly there is no tutorial when it comes to that. I’d suggest you pick up little projects and work on your tension🫶❤️
