Mijenta Blanco Maestra No 1

A first-of-its-kind tequila crafted from single estate agaves grown from seed - averaging approximately 8 years and offering high natural sugar content has resulted in an exceptionally rich tequila. The powerful flavors and aromas of cooked agave, tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple and melon, chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, and spices including cinnamon are complemented by notes of minerality that reflects the terroir of the highlands.
Maestra Selection No. 1 is the initial release in a signature series meticulously crafted by Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero. As an agave nears the end of its life, it grows a majestic soaring flower that reaches towards the sky. Bats choreograph the seeds dissemination, fostering a strong, new generation of agave.
