We really enjoyed this one, Great performance as usual by the whole band. Sorry about the sound glitches during the reaction, I noticed it straight away and found it to be on the original version too. Still enjoyed it anyway. ,

Another good reaction - and an excellent choice of both song and that particular performance. Others have already confirmed the girls' ages for you. As Rick Wagner has said, this song is about a girl attending her first concert on her 15th birthday (there are some deeper interpretations about moving on, never forgetting the moment etc as well) - there are fan cam videos on KZbin of performances done on Yui's and Moa's respective 15th birthdays where Su handed them the mike and swapped places with each of them half way through and they took over the lead singing the last half.

Peter Lim san (笑)(*´∇`*) The adult age is 20 years old in Japan. Didn't you watch Legend "S" which is celebrated Su-metal is adult. In that Live, Su-metal sing Headbangeeer ! Hatachi no Yoru ( Ichigo no Yoru = 15 years old night →Hatachi no Yoru = 20 years old night) Voting Age is 18 years old in Japan.

⚡ 💀 💕 / 🤘 Good song choice. It's about a fifteen year old girl attending her first heavy concert. The experience of this special night transforms her. For the 'Legend S' concerts in Hiroshima last year, they changed the lyrics to be about her twentieth.

Great guess about the age! This is from Su-metals 16th birthday show so I think she was 15 when it was recorded. If I'm mistaken I'm sure someone will correct me within the hour. It was much better balance this time so we could hear you talk. Great video and your daughter seems like a cool kid!

Good reaction. FYI, the audio balance is getting better - audio glitches notwithstanding (it happens, right?) - but I'd suggest still pulling down the music a touch. We can hear you guys now, but it's still hard to make out everything you're saying. And to answer your question about their ages here, Su had just turned 15 (the day before) and Moa & Yui were 13 (2 weeks apart in age). So, good guess, Alice! BTW, there are a lot of Japanese bands that have have a strong female element to them. In fact, some of the best bands from there are all female. But if you want to see other Japanese bands that have some really great female musicians, you might want to check out Band-Maid, Wagakki Band, Scandal (Japan), Aldious, Doll$boxx/Gacharic Spin, Maximum the Hormone - the list goes on, but this is a good place to start. Anyway, keep up the great reactions...

Legend 1997 was December 21st, 2013. Su had just turned 16. Yui and Moa were 14.
@damonbrown54246 жыл бұрын
Good catch. I stand corrected. The Wikipedia page for Headbanger says 2012 but the actual entry for Legend 1997 has 2013. This would obviously make more sense as the Legend '97 & '99 shows would be celebrating their 16th birthdays.

+Damon Brown I literally made a chart to keep track. : ) Especially with Yui and Moa being about a year and a half younger instead of a nice even one or two years.
@rickwagner-6 жыл бұрын
+Damon Brown Legend 1999 is extra confusing. Yui is already 14, but Moa is still 13 for a few days.

I like the way the drums sound a lot better in this song. In some of their earlier songs they had the drums so tight i didn't like the sound.
