However, in the comedic field, they typically pride themselves in making fresh jokes and content just as music artists typically shoot for two, three, four, or even eight, nine, and ten albums. Comedians come up with new specials with new materials. Keeping it fresh and relevant is the goal until you're done/retired and then you perform the classics everybody loves. Even at the end of this video, Mike called his ownself out and said he is done with stand-up and focusing on movies because he is telling the same jokes. I made my comment before I got to that part, but in the end, he admitted it himself.
