Kevin Hart is funny but he is only a big star because he is everywhere you turn. A new movie every 6 months, on TV every week and doing things like the NBA celebrity all star game. Just because he is on everything doesn't mean he is the best. There just isn't much else out there in the way of comedy besides Kevin Hart. If Dave Chapelle and Kevin Hart dropped a movie, a TV show and did a live show at the same time as each other, Chapelle is going to beat out Hart. Why? Because the comedy fans know that Chapelle is one of the greats. He didn't need to be on TV every few hours to be the best. Hart is funny but he isn't a legend like he thinks he is. That is one of the best interviews I've watched in a short time. If the craft isn't even real we are lost we need to support the real and ignore the fake that's the only way we gonna clean it up. You can take anyone and make them a star with good material and a good producer/engineer but rap is about the real not who can have somebody write and produce their material the best lol this kevin heart thing shouldn't even be a conversation past a certian point

And 2nd off, mike epps is Hilarious. Mike epps and Kevin hart can't even be compared, not because I think mike epps is funnier then Kevin hart but because Mike epps tell JOKES and Kevin hart tell stories. Not even the same category. Personally I feel Mike epps is funnier because he can tell a simple joke and it'll be hilarious but Kevin has to get a whole story out and over exaggerate it to get some chuckles.

I'm disappointed at Mike's comments about Kevin, Why do we feel that we have to put other peoples lights out in order for ours to shine? He clearly is so "funny and business smart" that Mainstream has drafted him and his talent and placing money behind his career. I'm neutral regarding whether hip hop killed back kids or saved. I think it did both. So many rappers now days who do nothing but talk about violence in each of their songs, and teenagers look up to this kind of music. The same teenagers who went to jail for catching a body about a week ago (Lyric reference). But then there's uplifting rap songs that inspire us to move forward in life in a positive way. Some rappers feel the need to talk about the drug game as if their the reason it exist. Talk about how being involved in selling drugs can ruin a life and how one can move on from it, despite it being hard b/c one has to provide for his or her's family.

Problem is some people who don't live it glorify selling drugs like that's all they know selling young/naive listeners a false dream and there are some who actually live that life and are literally expressing their self through music. There are definitely Hip Hop rappers/artists who make uplifting music but it either doesn't catch the airwaves cos it's not a good song or it is but just doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Plus it looks like promoting certain images seems more of a priority than promoting positive motivational imagery and music. The most important thing behind any action is the motive... Why?
