Christian’s like myself want and need bands like this. So many people are hungry for good music from people unashamed of the Gospel! ❤️

Finally got to listen to this episode…I’ve been a Convictions fan for long time and I too am so happy they’re finally getting the recognition they deserve. I remember back in 2016 Josh sent me a DM on my Twitter account regarding the release of I Will Become. I was so pumped that this guy would DM me haha!! Anyways, Great episode! I enjoyed it thoroughly! When Mike talked about Last Cell was cool. I have no relation whatsoever to that song, but it’s my favorite as far as the way the story is told. From the lyrics to how they’re sung, to the music and emotion. Freakin solid! Has me tearing up every time I hear it. 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻 Great work guys! Keep killing it for The King! 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻

Second episode finished. Been looking for something like this for a long time! Would like to see something like an album club towards the end of every episode added in the future also. Keep on killing it! God bless.

Thanks for listening to both so far! That is actually a great idea. I tried getting one going in the Facedown Appreciate Club on Facebook but not enough people joined in. Definitely will keep it in mind but with our limited schedule it may be hard to keep to!

Good interview. Not all that familiar with Convictions but neat to hear how he shared how he got into the Christian metal scene, became a Christian and how their lyrics are all based on real-life stories and meet people in their pain.

Thank you! They are a great band and have an awesome history in the scene. I was first introduced to them around the time of their 2015 EP "Hallowed Spirit | Violent Divide", definitely some great tracks, especially "Moros" and "Sharks." Their latest EP is definitely different than their previous work, but over the years I would say its been a progression that you could see unfolding.

Have you planned on reacting to the Cultist track Forked Tongue
@ForTheRock3 жыл бұрын
I had, but alas, I accidently heard it this morning haha. It started streaming on my release radar on spotify after I checked out another band. It was solid, definitely not my favorite song from them but good.

@@ForTheRock yeah I guess from what xSpiritcorex said they are a 5 piece band now
