Mike Huckaby drove my father to the hospital when I was being born. Thanks Mike, RIP.

Rest in peace my friend. The House music industry will never be the same without You. I would like to say condolences to the Huckaby family. HUCKABY will be truly missed. He was A Great Music Teacher for My Son at Youthville.

It’s kind a sad that there aren’t many top djs in electronic music scene who contribute back to their community like Mike did even though they make so much fame and money. “Teaching young kids how to make music and see and help them growing up is far more important and rewarding than playing at big festivals” (Mike Huckaby) How many artists and top djs does that ? Huge respect to Mike and we miss you.

Detroit invented techno? or maybe there was a group called Kraftwerk before?
@MyAlias9X8 жыл бұрын
No.....Kraftwerk wasn't making high tech soul. Blacks in America did....They def weren't Techno. They didn't combine the sounds and the 808s the same way. Kraftwerk was more like Electro pop. Techno is semi influenced by Kraftwerk music, the repetitive aspect in some sounds, but with more soul and funk influence.
