The viewers deserve to hear what happened and why Oscar decided to leave the Pod. JeffFm works so well because Jeff is transparent with his fans, and how you think this should be handled is not deserving to the fans. This is exactly how you guys handled Georgie leaving impaulsive, it was swept under the rug, and you guys act like nothing happened, it’s a total disappointment in how these situations have been handled, and a huge punch in the face to your supporters. I’d suggest being transparent with the Jefffm supporters, some of us have been big supporters for years, and this just doesn’t feel right. Addition: Jeff, you’re free to do what you want, as this is your show. Would be nice to give Oscar a proper going away segment (maybe an “Oscars best moments or funny behind the scenes stories”)/guest show, and get to hear from him as he parts ways, if Oscar wanted too. Happy Kyle is back, and love the crew. Just don’t want to see Oscar go out on such a seemingly dull or sour note, as you are all what makes JeffFm a fun show to keep coming back too. And if we don’t get a chance to hear from Oscar, the least I’d like to say is that the JeffFm fam appreciates him, all the good memories made, and that we wish him the best on his new venture. Also, we would much rather see Oscar back with the bathroom boys, so please make amends.

I think Mike might’ve been thinking of Pentecostal not Baptist. I’m from the south and have been to many Baptist churches down here and up north; and have spent the majority of my life as a southern Baptist. In my experience, it’s pretty uncommon to see lots of theatrics, if you will, during our services. So I definitely wouldn’t say they’re equated to a party or a “rave”, as he stated. That’s not to say all southern Baptist churches are this way though. However, members of the Pentecostal Church are known for their dancing, running around the Sanctuary (sometimes with instruments), and sometimes speaking in tongues. This was my experience while visiting several Pentecostal Churches as a child. I could certainly see someone viewing it as a “party” due to how high energy their service were. Regardless, great job on another excellent episode, guys! No matter who is part of the team, or not, I know I can always depend on y’all to put on a great episode! 🩵

I think he's talking about Baptist megachurches. They are very different from traditional Southern Baptist churches, with jean-wearing pastors, expensive weekly concerts, and very laid-back sermons.
