I miss my papaw so much he was a good papaw to have and now he's walking around in heaven with my aunt and they are waiting for me to come home in heaven to be with them forever and ever. Truly beautiful song. My mother Father was hardship Farmer work out in corn fields or bean fields. Later die in his sleep in home he buld on his own Farm. My father dad was hauling Gravel in truck. Nice To Remember both my Grandpas. My mother father was my grappa I never sit still with my mom in church. But sure listen to my grappa rules. I was oldest Child. I was greatest gift learn he love baseball on radio in vehicle. Lots great memories of him holds in my heart. Once got see barn gone and home he build for my gramma. On farm. I’m 1988 roof of bad storm was gone in upstair living area. But pink bathroom was safely place. I loss my grappa 1973 was only younger age. So sad.

i literally lost my grandpa last night. he was an amazing steel guitar/dobro slide guitar player and absolutely loved music like this. it was torturous to watch him in his final moments, but i like to think he's now up with his buddies shredding that steel guitar he loved to play so much. he (unofficially) willed his authentic handmade Dobro brothers guitar to me before he passed as i was the only one who took an interest in it, but it hurts so much to inherit it now because i know that he's gone.
