When the 'OLD' condos were built at Arrow Point, on Coeur d' Alene Lake... I was a teenage father / landscaper & helped with the buildout & then weekly lawn mowing of the A.P.Condos... Then... the word started going around about a members only golf club... most locals laughed... I'm still working at The Ranch every day with no reason to leave... Great Folks ALL Around..!! I can drive that lake road, to work & back home, asleep... in the dark... with youTube playing Souray's Greatest Hits... No Prob..!! As a Sub & General Contractor in Nor-Ida now for 2 decades... I will wholeheartedly state that This Development, has not just bought many great jobs & awesome, loving, beautiful people... It's SAVED Nor-Ida from the cultural b.s. we used to be famous for. The stigma is still here... roots are withered and long died away... a few sucker sprouts here & there. I say it out loud in person and will say it here, "Thanks Mike - U-The-Man..!" I have completely remodeled one of the Roadside Cabins, starting next week again for the 5th time... since working on it during Phase 1. Originally it was a "late 90's 'woody rustic." Now it's all 'white-&-light, Contemp Post Sheek Modern Rustic.' ...HA...! ( with a grey pillows and throw rugs... neutral floors, stainless appliances... & Jimi Hendrix on the wall... ) They used to frown at us, standing at the lower guard shacks, with our Bags On... our cardboard signs reading... ⛳ " WILL work FORE Golf. " ⛳
