Not to be nit picky and nor is the work on the scale of Okazaki’s Monk album but as for a solo guitar record of a good handful of Monk tunes there is an album by Pasquale Grasso

As far as I hear it, Miles is capturing the soul of Monk‘s music the best. Not downgrading Pasquale‘s recordings, but he is opting for something else wich is fine, too.
