I’m no fan of Aaron or Reese due to things they do and say, and I’m all for the tea and seeing Aaron’s lies put on stage for all to see. But Mike lies too, Mike has never come out and apologized to so many people who are victims of him due to the predators he protected in Scientology. All the wrongs Mike did are what Mike need to release to get rid of the toxicity. He’s severely missed the mark and it’s sad. Obsessed with ranting? WTF. He has barely said anything at all about ASL while Aaron has released video after video trashing him and people close to him. Anyone familiar with personality disorders had Aaron pegged a long time ago and he has, as is typical, hurt a lot of people with his smear campaigns. Mike Rinder has done NOTHING wrong. There is not one jot of evidence that he treated anyone badly, especially Miriam Francis. Her allegations against him were nonsensical and she has made a lot of nasty and unsupported allegations about him, including the circumstances of his estrangement from his children. Funny how there are no reports from people who worked with MR in Scientology about his behaviour toward others. I've only heard good things about him. I can see no evidence at all behind your comments about bitterness and hankering for power and status other than bias and projection. he doesn't look bitter, he looks sad and physically spent. It's not your place to tell him he should not spend a few minutes setting the record straight on a year of nasty character assassinations. His record stands and he treated the drama with far more grace and dignity than his detractors. He is loved by many people for good reason and he will be sorely missed. Do we know if he is therapy? I don’t. I don’t tell many people I see a psychiatrist and am in therapy for life long clinical depression. Also it is my understanding (my husband worked for the Federal Government at the FTC) that there are many things Mike CAN’T reveal. He may have been instructed not to discuss certain things. There may be others who might not want their information revealed. He also get sued for the rest of his life. He is still Fair Gamed. I believe what he says an about Aaron. But all long term Scientologists are damaged in one way or another. Listen to Chris Shelton’s latest video. He talks about Mike as well as crazy politics these days. He encourages people to step back from social media. It is toxic. There has been so much negativity in the community. It is a tragedy as this is a group effort to take down the CoS. When tons of people lose respect for you, then it's time to look in the mirror. This staying silent only makes it worse on them. They were taught this in Scientology, but that's not how the real world works. Staying silent speaks volumes!!Staying silent only feeds speculation and conspiracy theories. They have made their share of mistakes too. Not communicating, not owning it and not apologizing to people you hurt only causes more distance and division. Mike has handled all these situations way too late. Now he's trying to trying to vent but it's too late. He's lost an enormous amount of respect and trust. In part one, Rinder states releasing toxicity in him is part of his aim; & per Reddit user: "OK-association-9886", his recent string of videos is related to some book, "Radical Remission". Given the post's details & specifics... it leads me to believe this is one of his mouth pieces, who MR seems to be using to explain the background/reasoning- The book outlines 9 things most often correlated w/ "achieving remission against statistical odds": The 9 areas are 1) changing your diet 2)taking control of your health 3)following your intuition 4)using herbs & supplements 5)releasing suppressed emotions 6) increasing positive emotions 7)embracing social support 8)deepening your spiritual connection 9)having strong reasons for living This person also says, "the motivation for his vid series is clear: releasing suppressed emotions"... so, it's not as noble or honorable as some ppl would like (e.g. done in order to see his kids inside Scn). So, this may be the context some ppl are looking for in trying to understand the motive for such a bizarre statement... IMO, is tasteless, dishonorable, manipulative, dishonest, disappointing, & BEYOND egocentric- perhaps, egomaniacal? Particularly, when considering that one is releasing it while contemplating how, & what, he wants his legacy to be. Nora, you don't know for sure what Mike did or didn't do. This is the problem; no one knows for sure and they just keep hounding and hounding on it. You can say probably or circumstanual, but this does not make it a fact. Upper management is chaotic too, and is run ultimiately by Miscaivage and is running his order. But could also be shipped out the next day or made to attend a court proceeding the other. So there is reason to believe he might not have known about everything. And it possible that after so many years that he has forgotten some things as well. What I mean to say is there is some context, and we need to consider all the facts instead of making all these heated assertions. But lets say they are right, that there are some things he doesn't want to talk about. That is his right. He was never obliged to do anything, including talking out in the first place. It seems pretty clear he has done a s**tload of good, and has brought this issue to more ppl than anyone else. He has admitted that he has done a lot of bad things and he has talked about it. It is not true that he hasn't. You can assume that he is hiding things, etc. but at the end of the day we don't know for sure or to what extent. So to say "he has done a few good things for a few ppl" over the years, like you said towards the end, is not really fair. That is being extremely bias. At a certain point I feel we have to look at the good and stop harping on the bad. And unfortantely a lot of this community seem to harp on the later and for me its too much...

A lot of people are focussing on the surface stuff with Mike and Aaron - except they’re both the exact same person just attacking each other. What nobody is focussing on is how these two men position themselves with women and survivors, but in a performative way, and use those people to make themselves look good, and to get money. When in actuality, they could give two shits about women, children, and survivors. Taking advantage BTS. We know that because they don’t talk about them. If they do, in a good or bad way, it’s for their own benefit. I don’t care about their personal lives, but if someone like Aaron continuously blurs the lines of personal and professional because he doesn’t know how to set limits and boundaries, then I can’t trust him with women and survivors. Just like I don’t trust Mike after seeing his conduct. People reveal who they are when you say no to them, when you disagree with them, when they’re cast in an unfavourable light, or when they misunderstand you. That is who they are. We are communication and behavior. It is irrelevant what is good and bad, right and wrong, when these people are only doing what works for themselves.

Everything makes me mad but the stuff with Jaime Mustard truly pisses me off. I've read his book with Dr. Lipov, I've read the full studies where some of the piks in the book came from. I'm not a doctor or a scientist but these shots are a LITERAL MIRACLE. I don't have the same immense trauma as so many others but I plan on getting them, especially the side for childhood trauma. I’m not a fan of Aaron anymore was subbed to him since he had maybe 10-20k subs, if that. But his narcissism reeks thru the screen now. Anyway on to Mike….he escaped like everyone else and is a survivor in his own right. Think about it this way, like we do with others that were abused from childhood, in a cut, brainwashed etc and eventually had the balls to escape. He did in that cult what was expected of him, no questions asked…remember he was in since he was a child. He didn’t know any different. I feel for Mike I know he hasn’t gone on KZbin and just spit everything out, or even took accountability for the things he has done, but I can understand why. He probably doesn’t even believe he did them or is in denial thinking he would never do that had he wasn’t in a cult. He was programmed to be that way his whole life. He knew no different then comes out and some celebrity wants to work with you. He hasn’t lived a normal life in the least, he tried…I think his big regret was his kids and so he had another and being dad now. All the other things I don’t think he needs to take full accountability if I’m honest…I think it’s Scientology and Miscavige that need to, to all their victims including Mike Rinder. You were all abused, at the very least mentally which can be worse than physically from my experience. Anyway I’ll end my rant now. What I do hope is he exposes some shit he never did before but also probably has told the FBI…and maybe we don’t really need to know.

I don't know which one of two extremely different - and mutually exclusive - stories is true, I can't know, but there's a difference between the FBI having those files and them being public for every former scientologist to openly discuss: it's not the identity of alleged perpetrators or those who covered up for them that's the problem, victims have a right to privacy over their own story and trauma that police (ideally) protects, youtubers generally don't.

I am a product of divorced parents and it was a HORRIBLE experience . I would never separate to hold a space for my kids live with both parents as a down blanket at least until they are 18 . That’s just me and maybe you are diffent but if you think leaving your husband is not going to affect your kids you are sadly mistaken . Just offering another perspective .

Nora I have a lot of respect for you especially now you've called Aaron out. I stop watching & supporting due to infighting, Aaron's disgusting behaviour which can not be excused due to his childhood, trauma or whatever. Whilst yes most people with trauma do not handle stress well & at times have behaviours that are unhealthy. Aarons behaviour towards women, using victims, stirring drama can never be defended. As for Mike he will never address or acknowledge what he knew, what he covered up or drop himself in it. The reason he would be held legally liable civil & possibly criminal. (In UK he would be charged for covering up criminal charges) it would also destroy Leah's creditablity & everyone attached to AF. Unfortunately many victims never get closure & it's awful to live with. Therapy, support & trying to move forward has to be the place victims need to be able to get too. Mike is dying, now is time for all this to stop. Let him & his family spend whatever time he has. This is my advice to Mike & AF. Just stop. It COS that needs to be held accountable & hopefully they will & all records will be given to victims to help them to come to terms.
