Some great finds....Spirit had a hit with "I got a Line on you" Ponty did a lot of jazz collabs with Pat Metheny and such. Gotta love the Grover Sax on there.👍🏼🇺🇸🍻

@@2AChef-n-BBQ I’m quite surprised that I’m just now finding Ponty. I’ve read quite a bit about him and amazed of his collaborations in general, plus the sure creativity of the two albums that I do own now. Who knows I probably would not have gotten in to so much music in my later years if it weren’t for KZbin and checking out all of the vinyl community channels! I think the George Burns is a pretty cool addition to your collection. Not sure I'd want to sit and listen to him all the time 😆but it's definitely not one you see every day. Love Olivia. She was beautiful. My oldest little brother loved her when he was like 5 or 6. So I wrote her and told her how much he liked her. I'm sure it went to her fan club or something. But an autographed (probably stamp signature) photo was sent back to him. I was so excited to give that to him. Honestly, not sure he still has it. Always thought it was cool that there was a response. I remember that movie White Nights. Not sure I ever actually watched it all the way through. I remember it being pretty slow moving. Baryshnikov is actually a pretty renowned ballet dancer. He's probably the only one I really know lol. Always cool to find an original that's still sealed. Native Passions sounds like....oh yup you read it before I could type it. Was going to say it would probably be Native American music. Queen of the Damned.... that's Alaliyah. She's the one that died in a plane crash not long after she finished filming for that movie. The movie ended up being released several months after she died. Nice couple of 45s. They are hard to find with matching sleeves. I have found a few here and there. But many times you pay more if they have the sleeves. I think many peeps ditched the sleeves because of the way some of the 45 holders were made. They had the stem on the center to stack the records and having a picture sleeve on didn't work. That's just my assumption for the missing sleeves. Great bit of goodies you got.

@@HappyPlaceCamping hey there, Felix! Yes, there’s only so much George Burns that a person could stand in any given night, but absolutely a gem of a find in my opinion. What can I say about Olivia Newton-John! The first time I ever saw her was in the movie grease, and I’m sure my eyes bugged out on that last scene with John Travolta of course and her in those tight leather pants!! 🤣🤣😇 Even if that photograph was a stamped signature, that’s still pretty cool to get something like that. Baryshnikov is definitely a renowned ballet dancer. I remember the name for sure and definitely recognized him when I was looking over this album. I thought about looking at the movie but haven’t done so yet. I need to look through this guy’s albums at at least two or three more times to pick out the good stuff according to the world of the bearded Italian anyway! He has so many albums and I’ve gone through them at least four times but I keep missing things. I think after a haul like this, I just get tired and start flipping through things very fast and not paying much attention. appreciate you stopping in and being so attentive to the content. @@AnthonyGambler812 absolutely Anthony. I’ve been able to hunt down a few more places in my hometown I never knew about as well. I’m still trying to get organized with my vinyl and get everything cataloged ect. Fun times my friend!! 👊🏼🍺
