Nice Job, just found your channel, Subscribed. Lexan Body? Fender wells in the back? I'm on the Fence between this and the Traxxas TRX 4 Ranger. I definitely like the Old School leaf springs on the RC4WD. Tons of aftermarket parts for the Traxxas. I'm most likely going to buy both.

This is a hard body truck. Has front inner fender wells. This has and will have even more parts support coming for it. This has way more detail then the Traxxas variant

Sick deff cool rig for sure but is it one solid body or is it like the mojave separate?
@MikesRCWorld11 ай бұрын
The body is 2 pieces, guess I shoulda been more clear about that in the video. It is not like a clod buster body.

Hey, man. Just found your channel. I saw the Ford on your left in the video on the table and want to know more about it. Is it a Hardbody? Where can I get the body from(If I even can?)Is it also an RC4WD(I didn't think they made fords...)
@MikesRCWorld7 ай бұрын
Are you referring to the black truck with the double row of KC lights that sitting on show case ?

@@MikesRCWorld Yup! That thing looks BEAUTIFUL!!!

@@AndrewStevens-fw1zn that is actually another k10 Chevy. You can see more of it on my “shorts” feed or my Instagram. There isn’t really any “hard” body fords aside from the Blackfoot body and High lift f-350 one. Although with 3d printing just about anything is possible now a days.

@@MikesRCWorld Blackfoot? Never heard of that. I might have to Nab myself that one.
@MikesRCWorld7 ай бұрын
@@AndrewStevens-fw1zn yes sir, look up “Tamiya Blackfoot” it’s a Ford bull nose step side body. They also made it with a regular bed bed as the “king Blackfoot” but that is difficult and pricey to obtain.

What's up...I just bought it and I love it but the suspension is too hard. RC4WD is aware of this problem in their chassis but has not corrected it and the solution they sell is too expensive. RC4WD Teraflex Revolver Shackle Your Price: $35.99 per set and 4 sets are needed. to Optimize the suspension. Excellent video.! Beautiful cars!
@MikesRCWorld5 ай бұрын
The the suspension out of the box is stiff, however it is not a design flaw. Leaf sprung suspension needs to be broken in and the best way to do that is to drive and use the truck. A long with that are a few other steps that cost nothing to do other than your time. For starters, remove the internal springs from the shocks in all 4. Next, you can remove one of the leafs from the leaf packs this will help aid in breaking them in, you may need to put it back in after they settle and break in. Under no circumstances would I recommend revolvers or those Z box things… that’s all junk IMO. If you want a leaf suspension set up that’s going to really really flex and work well you want a twisted fab leaf kit, front and rear with the buggy leaf, with pricey custom shocks and towers. You also need an A&M garage shackle flip as well. That full system will next you the best flex and performance. facebook.com/share/toaV4wnZPpPJ3VSD/?mibextid=K35XfP
