@@erikpeters7072 nice choices! Descent was around spot 24 or 25 for me (so out of just 2021 games it would have been around 11 or 12). And I didn't get the chance to play Drunagor, but I know Colin and Bairnt enjoyed it. Love all the rest on your list.

Did you have have a video of your top games of 2021 or was this list it? Your list was interesting because it neither is a list of your top 10 games of all time nor top 10 games released in 2021, just a list of your favorite games you played. It was still a good list just hard to categorize. Thanks.

@@Therisktaker3 the pinned comment you are replying to lists my top 10 games specifically released in 2021, and 9 out of 10 are in this video. So if you just fast forward selectively, you basically have my top games of 2021 list :) But yeah, I've asked our viewers a few years in a row, and they've always voted (pretty overwhelmingly) to hear which games out of all I covered for the first time were the best, not just the hotness of this year.

Yes! Level 99 is my favorite and I’m SO eager to see their upcoming games! I haven’t played any of their games solo or coop but I’ve played them all. Millenium Blades, Argent, and Empyreal are my top 3 of theirs and all 3 in my Top 20 all time!

Space Alert is AMAZING! My number 2 game of all time behind Gloomhaven. I haven’t played it solo too much, but it is an absolute blast with a good group.

Finally some love for Bloodborne, my #1 game of 2021. Still waiting for my Sleeping Dogs and Bullet packages and Final Girl Season 2, but I doubt it will change because of how I love the IP. Anyway, like this list, great variety in games, made me look into some I've missed. Hope 2022 will be as good year for solo/coop gamers as was 2021, if that is even possible :)

Wow super surprised Sleeping God's was so low.I played two campaigns in 4 days. I love it. The combat was the challenge for me because I played wrong for the first campaign. Different strokes as the saying goes. Happy New Year.

@@OneStopCoopShop We will see where Sleeping Gods lands on the top games of 2021 of bgg in the next year or so and I don't believe 7 games will be higher from 2021. I know there is voting bias as well from a popular designer such as Ryan. I am not a fanboy of his. Above and Below I did not like, the story disjointed and gameplay ordinary.Near and Far was better for sure but this is where he put it altogether in my opinion

@@edwardbrost331 I dunno, you really think it'll climb that high? I found many games from 2021 much better, clearly based on the video. And I can see Sleeping Gods having limited staying power because of the limited replay. Plus, it's certainly not only me who found the huge number of tokens and character boards fiddly to deal with. But don't get me wrong, it's still a gorgeous and ambitious design that I had a ton of fun with!

Picked up Exceed Blazblue to play with my 7 year old over winter vacation. We have been playing nonstop! There’s a solo mode?

There’s a solo mode that I made. I’m still working on the blazblue characters though. Seasons 3-4 (street fighter and shovel knight) are fully finished

Yes! Space Alert getting some love! And Galaxy Trucker. I'll have to check out the Solo mode. Or I'll just play it on the ipad. Love this multiplayer. Still looking to find Bullet.

No Waste Knights app yet. Wish they would get it done because after you do all the solo missions there’s not much reason to play them again. Sandbox would be great.
