In my opinion, it's kind of like Scrubs (not just because of the Janitor), in that it'll make you laugh out loud one moment, and then drops these life lessons on you the next. That's the sign of a great comedy in my opinion, and something more popular shows like Big Bang Theory and Modern Family have seem to have forgotten.
