To all the chorus effect commenters, development of the chorus effect was anticipated by Mike Stern's playing style. Yeah.

Cobham one of the greatest drummers of all time . The piano solo was a good example of early 20th century classical composer and theorist Walter Piston's combining tonal and atonal music. Only reservation I have about "jazz fusion" like this song and that of lets say John McLaughlin's is the overdrive tempo . for me anyway , the intense speed takes a bit away from their playing

AND, Mike is getting ALL the feel and tone out of that Stratocaster to do what he's doing too. What's the matter? You don't understand? No surprise there. Most of you goofs on youtube, who think you know about guitar, who never have, and you never will, think you have it all pegged. You goofs think you have it all figured out. Newsflash: you people NEVER had anything figured out with Gibson or Fender. Make a note of it, give my lecture to your buddies, as well as my condolences, and don't EVER forget it.

@@gilldavidmour4199 Well, ya know, it's a very long subject that has really never been covered. So much detail. Therefore, perhaps you could help me out with the title of my book. The present title of my book is: "What Guitar Players Think They Know About Guitars, but Very Very Few of them Actually do Know Anything, and They Never Will." That's kind of a long title, isn't it? Therefore, just like music, I have to figure out a way of condensing it and rephrasing it. Just like phrases in music.
