It's not a good movie in any sense of the word. It doesn't take itself serious enough and when Best of the Worst is based on the idea that a good bad movie is one that's unintentionally bad, you have to feel they weren't being true to themselves by being intentionally bad. Still, I've watched the movie 8 times so far and know all the lines.
