I just read an article about Mike trying heroin just to make himself feel better because he couldn't get pills at the time and he was about to go through withdrawals. I am shocked and so supportive of how open and honest he is being about his addiction, as a former addict myself I know how hard that is to do. Especially to tell your family about doing something that made you feel so dirty. I am in awe of Mike's growth and I honestly can't stand the haters any more who still don't care to listen to him speak his truth. What an absolute hero to addicts everywhere, to see someone who has been in TV for years open up and say he too fell for the pills and propaganda about it not being addictive. Or how they never tell you about the withdrawal when they cut you off without telling you how to taper off first. I didn't like Jersey Shore and I don't care to watch family vacation but I can definitely appreciate this man and how much he has grown. I can also forgive him for his treatment towards women in the past (though a verbal apology to women everywhere would be awesome) but not necessary since I feel like maybe his addiction was a form of karma for his terrible treatment of many many women. In my opinion
