I absolutely love this podcast story! I also love Mike (The Situation) I have been sober for 13 years from pain pills & coke. I can relate to a lot of stuff he is saying!! I had to learn to change my perspective of myself for sobriety. That meditation book called 30 Days to Sobriety by Harper Daniels was great for me. So much of the process is mental.
