Am I the only person in the UK who has butter with marmite on toast? Every video I watch where people have marmite it's just rawdogged on toast and spread super thick.

Chicken salt isn’t supposed to taste like chicken. It’s designed as a seasoning to put on a whole chicken for roasting.
@SaraLedID4d14 күн бұрын
Didn't seem like the fairest Snack Wars out there and I am speaking as an Aussie...much prefer Chips with Chicken Salt to Chips and Gravy cause the gravy gets too much after a while. Additionally, I thought Mike's surname sounded familiar but I wouldn't have guessed he is the same man who is the Son In Law of Princess Anne of England, The Princess Royal. Had to look it up when James mentioned the Earl Grey comment hahaha

That’s why I don’t think it matches fish n chips. Normal salt with malt vinegar for that. Malt works with the batter on the fish. White is for cleaning the floor!

Went to a lunch where Mike was there as a guest and he was great when telling his anecdotes. Was super friendly and really went out his way to hold conversations with people. You can tell he’s been around the royal family a long time! James is pretty unlikeable in this. Trying to be funny but it’s quite an aggressive tone to his “jokes”. Someone in my family used to socialise in the same circles as him and wasn’t complimentary of him either.
