Golota had suffered a fractured orbital bone, brain swelling, and some other injuries. Any boxing vet knows how dangerous that break is. Any punch on or near the injured eye could easily cause partial or even total blindness in that eye. After that he would never be certified again and his career would be over. By withdrawing Golota might have saved his life and probably saved his career. No shame should be put on the man.

You do know Mike beat Lennox back in the 80s. And no way. Lennox beat a way out of prime Tyson, don't be delusional. 80s or early 90s Mike would kill any version of Lewis.

Cus D’Amato! I watch Iron Mike to learn from Cus as if he’s right here giving a lesson. Imagine what it must have been like to be Mike, trained and living at Cus and his wife’s home, 24/7 boxing learning teaching strategy this is something no one will ever experience again…this is why I watch Mike…to watch Cus.
