Age is the factor, Tyson may not have the stamina, endurance, ability to take punishment, hits to the gut and head. Other than that, I'd be saying that Mike all day wins this thing. I just worry about the age of Tyson. Jake Paul has four things to his advantage, body mass/size, height, arm reach and YOUTH. The latter advantage being 75% of his four advantages. Months ago, I thought this will be an exhibition type fight, a money grab for both since they have been " friends". I thought it would be similar to the Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. sparring match we all saw with crazy rules like no uppercuts on Roy from Mike allowed etc. Silly. Now, I think differently. This will be sanctioned fight going on Mike's fight record and that is very important for Mike. Further there are no crazy limiting rules as I just mentioned were present in the Jones match. Seeing Mike training and hitting harder and harder on very heavy swinging bags, plus the mitt work, sparring work, cardio, weight training, dietary changes and overall intensity of his training and seriousness about the training, make me now think that Mike is serious and that this fight will be real, not just some money grab and piece of entertainment only. No. I think Mike isn't playing around. Age and Mike being out of the pro ring for so long, are the only two things that concern me. We'll see.

All of that said, I'm 67 8% body fat, strapped out a bit, and can still beat the shit out of someone. I still do construction work, carry heavy shit all that. So I also have a 7 year old dog that broke the breed record in fast cat, a 100 yard race. Age is just a number. Come around the job site, and try to keep up with me! I say either 45 seconds Jake sleeping, or 3 rd round Jake sleeping. Odds are no fight tho

I absolutely love Mike and have followed him since Hector Mercedes back on his pro debut in 85. But don't get carried away. He's 58. He was terrible and losing to people not fit for sparring back in his prime. That was over 20 years ago. No matter what training he's done he's regressed substantially in that time. Hate to say it but he has a window of probably 3 rounds before the bout seriously tips in Paul's favour. His heart wasn't in it for the last years of his career and it's only about the money. Let's pray that he comes out healthy.
