Honestly it's good that Tyson - Ali (boxing of course, not UFC) remains a fantasy fight, because no one can stand in front of a young prime Tyson, no chance, no brainer. I know not all of you will agree on that, but objectively speeking, boxing was more advanced in Tyson era, and Tyson was the most advanced fighter that era, plus he was a monster in the ring throwing punches with really bad intentions. You can't say that Tyson out boxed you (all though hi did), it's more appropriate to say that Tyson beat you. He was faster than Ali, He was stronger than Ali, he trained harder than Ali, he was meaner than Ali (that matters just as much), he had just as good defence & footwork (people tend to forget that cause he was such an aggressive fighter, but his defense & footwork, my god, just watch him closely, don't believe me). Muhammad Ali had problems with Frasier, and try to put Frasier with Tyson in the ring (that would have been an interesting half round). Remember Marvis? Ok, Marvis is not his father, but not far either. As a personality, yes, Ali is bigger than Tyson, that's why he's called "the greatest", cause he is; but strictly as a boxer, unfortunately Ali has no chance against Iron Mike Tyson, I think it's not even debatable, and I don't know why people talk about it so much.
