@@ExecutionerOfPosers you need to understand how well conditioned and how intense an athlete of mike tysons caliber truly is, and the fact that you find it to be so absurd is telling that you dont. i can personally do 100 pushups and 150 dips alongside a decent amount of situps and pullups before getting to any mitt work sparring or boxing specific training, and i am maybe, just maybe, one one-hundredth the athlete tyson was. tbh im probably only a thousandth. given the stature and conditioning of tyson, alongside the training he underwent to become a world champion hw boxer, this workout is believable

I dont think even the creator did it. Cus 500 pushup ups + 500 dips + 500 shrugs + 1000 sit up + 1000 squats = 3,500 reps and if you do multiple sets then it's more. Creator said "one of the hardest workouts I've done" but he didn't look like he was sweating which is strange since you've expect to sweat alot from doing that much. Plus he did the pushups-squats too fast he's bound to get tired, yet he just took couple breaths at end of video not completely flabbergasted. So I don't think he even did all of the reps. But if he did props , I'm js

How can I fix muscle imbalances throughout my upper body? I suffered an injury to both AC ligs in my shoulders and one healed well, the other is now weak and atrophied slightly. The pectoral and delt muscles are weak. Bicep and tricep are kinda weaker than the other side too but much less dramatically. Any exercise advice?

That was the point of Saitamas workout is it was meant to be relatively basic and easy for your average person to accomplish giving a comical answer to the reasoning for one punch man's strength

@@bestteam4805 bro its anime it dont have to make since it's like a cartoon his workout routine was simple it was the things he did on the side that made it like that he ate like a banana a day used no ac or heat and took no rest days and he started off way to hard on his body 100 pushups and situps and squats with no rest in between or sets right off the back is crazy and a 6 mile run or 10 km he should've destroyed his body
