@@ExecutionerOfPosers you need to understand how well conditioned and how intense an athlete of mike tysons caliber truly is, and the fact that you find it to be so absurd is telling that you dont. i can personally do 100 pushups and 150 dips alongside a decent amount of situps and pullups before getting to any mitt work sparring or boxing specific training, and i am maybe, just maybe, one one-hundredth the athlete tyson was. tbh im probably only a thousandth. given the stature and conditioning of tyson, alongside the training he underwent to become a world champion hw boxer, this workout is believable

I dont think even the creator did it. Cus 500 pushup ups + 500 dips + 500 shrugs + 1000 sit up + 1000 squats = 3,500 reps and if you do multiple sets then it's more. Creator said "one of the hardest workouts I've done" but he didn't look like he was sweating which is strange since you've expect to sweat alot from doing that much. You need to throw another strut on that garage door. Will protect against metal fatigue, and wind damage. I'd put one on the second panel up, just below the hinges, and make sure to call overhead door for bi annual service.

He would do them in separate sets throughout the day to equal that amount at the end. You dont just do it all at once that will set you back in rest time; he did this daily.

Rolling shoulders in a circle for shrugs will wear down the rotator cuff very fast. Try keeping it up and down only. Nice work though!

Remember, quality reps over quantity every time. Also, if you are doing high quantity make sure to split it into sets rather than trying to crack it out in one go. It'll make you more efficient.

I don't know why anybody would do this in the first place. It consumes way too much time, fucks with the joints and there's no way anybody would recover from this (if it's a routine you would probably do it everyday so yeah) without some little extra help if you know what I mean. Weight training would be way more efficent imo

How can I fix muscle imbalances throughout my upper body? I suffered an injury to both AC ligs in my shoulders and one healed well, the other is now weak and atrophied slightly. The pectoral and delt muscles are weak. Bicep and tricep are kinda weaker than the other side too but much less dramatically. Any exercise advice?
