Thanks so much for reacting to Mylene again... it's always a pleasure watching Canadians falling in love with a Canadian-born artist. :-) Some facts about this video and this song : Since Mylene's BIGGEST hit (Desenchantee) has been blocked, obviously, you decided to react to her SECOND BIGGEST hit,. then. Although this song seems to be funny and dancy, the topic of the text is rarther serious (like most of Mylene's texts)... it's about androgynity ! About a girl that feels like being a boy. This song has some autobiographical background, too, because as a child, Mylene was often considered to be a boy, since she had short brown hair and was flat-breasted. And she also preferred playing with boy toys, rather than with typical girl toys. This concert took place on September 12, 2009... om her 48th birthday, in front of 80000 people. She did two shows at this venue and both concerts were sold out in 3 hours. And... OH YES, MYLENE CAN DANCE ! :-) She did almost all of the choereographies in all of her concerts. She did all the concepts of all of her shows... she wrote the lyrics to almost all of her songs... there is practically nothing, Mylene cannot do. As a next song from her, I would suggest "Je m'enuuie" from the same concert... a techno-inspired dance tune with lots of dancing and moving on the stage - as well - by Mylene and her dancers, I'm sure you will like this one as well. Or if you are into another slow ballad, you could choose between 5 different songs from the "ballad section" of this concert : "Point de suture", "Nous souviendrons nous", "Rêver" (with a nice surprise following for Mylene after the song is finished), "Je laisse le vent emporte tous", or (in my opinion the most beautiful and emotional song from her) : "Ainsi soit-je (with interlude "Avant que l'ombre") "... best wishes from a German Mylene Farmer fan : Gerry

Hello! thanks Ginger and Fred. if I understood correctly what you were saying, Myléne dances little because she always sings live real, and yes we love Myléne but we also know that she is not a singer with a great voice but her voice is special in the sweet songs she is unique! How many times have we seen 'live' singers, fallen, lose their mic and the song goes on lol. I really don't think you can sing and dance at the same time.
