I like how there's no other way to tell Apogee that his shiny friend is gone. He seems reasonable enough, and that's only aided by his simplicity, so it's not too unlikely that if you say "Your shiny friend was really homesick, and his family really missed him," Apogee wouldn't be so hostile. But nope, you just gotta say that you set Houston free and get Apogee upset. (Not to mention t doesn't seem like you can even return Houston to Apogee)

I've noticed a lot of modders put a lot weight on speech checks. It's already over powered in the base game but it seems like you can't get any good results with at least a 90 in speech. And New Vegas allows for all skill checks in dialogue. Just seems short sighted.
