Rza is the Bon Jovi of Wu-Tang. He came up with the idea, brought them all in, signed them all to a contract with him. All Wu goes through him. They were free to sign their own deals after an amount of time. Popularity-wise is: Method Man, Ghostface, ODB but he doesn’t count really because he is dead now, then you have Rza/Gza/Raekwan are all about even and then the rest. There are unofficial members that are more popular than some like Cappadonna who is actually an official member but you have Redman who isn’t but is more popular than Raekwan and possibly ODB and Ghostface. Also if you want to dig into something… look into Action Bronson who is a white guy who sounds 100% just like Ghostface. There is a video that Ghostface put out threatening him if he keeps rapping like him and Action Bronson came out and claimed he got permission to sound like him. It’s good beef.
