To the guy who had the breakup, Don’t live the next 6 months waiting or expecting. Live as if it’s over for good. Look up the Law of attraction. Live for working on yourself and you’ll begin to glow. A man working on himself and who is focused/not chasing is attractive, you will naturally attract when you don’t chase or expect. I hope you get the life you deserve and I know you will. I’m sorry you’re going through that I completely understand what you’re feeling. Sounds cliche but focus on your life and everything with time will fall into place perfectly, with or without her ❤ (also, do 5 push ups or sit-ups every time you think of her)

For the guy that was in a 6 year relationship. Move on work on yourself your young and you have life to live. Work on your confidence man don’t be hard on yourself and I tell you this from experience got dumped and divorced but I realized I only have one life and no one should hold you back doesn’t matter how much you love them it’s not fair to you. Please be happy and love yourself.

The 6 year relationship guy sounds like a tool. Tell him the truth with frankness. Also, atheism and individualism is a sham. No man can be a real man without honoring the Plan of God for human life and human existence.

47:15 - This really hit me to my core Mike, when my time to go comes I don't want anything left in the tank. I want to test myself, I want to exceed my own expectations, and I even want to fail at times because I will know in my heart that I gave it my all and I came up short. The man who risks it all in the attempt to succeed will always have my respect over a man that hides from his true potential. Thank you Mike, love the show.

AMEN brother, my favorite fighter just became my favorite podcast host as well! Agree with 99.9% of the dialogue, if you would be so gracious as to accept the most minor criticism, the single thing I disagree with you is your use of the word “pride” as I believe it presents some obvious and some not so obvious pitfalls. Then again, who am I to critique. God bless, look forward to more of this…

After watching few of these, it made me say to myself "Damn....I need Mike in my life, listening to this guy talk has a positive effect on my life these days" And then I realized "You´re probably never even gonna meet Mike dude, you need to start surrounding yourself with people who motivate you and make you feel the same way AS Mike, it´s gonna have exactly same effect" Thanks for these podcasts man, 28 yrs old, finally making big changes in my life, just started learning two new languages (English not being my native language either), got back into different sports (sports and rock climbing, basketball, boxing), figuring out a good university program I could join and finally trying to find a woman that´s worthy being with. Maybe should´ve done all of these much earlier in my life, but I´m finally really pumped for what the future holds!!

After watching the new season of black mirror I feel like it’s hashed up some old memories. Might hit up that email soon. Been enjoying the pods. All the best to whoever is reading and your loved ones. 3:10 I live with my parents, other than that I have no friends or loved ones. I had a relationship that went south over 7 years ago and I moved home. Really not looking for family or friends and looking for success before I can find those other things again. Turning 30 in less than a month and feeling the pressure. Mike Malott did great here in Canada recently. He seems like a guy similar to you in my opinion. Im not saying I deserve anything you guys have but I believe I am a nice decent dude who has good work ethic BUT I am very indecisive and do not have a clear path or someone guiding me. It seems to me Malott and his brother or people at Alpha Male would be his closest people, he did mention of a mental coach on the recent A&F pod. Gonna keep a long story short and just post this because if I keep going I may delete it, can already feel it coming, and then I sit in silence if so. So yeah. Hopefully things turn upwards soon! Enjoying the pod. Onward!

8:50 dang! I feel that one. 4 years. She finished her degree and left me, moved across the world and from what I can tell never looked back. Been having “nightmares” since while also dealing with the fallout of “friends” at the same time. The friends thing I’m over though it does bother me how two faced and back stabbing they were. But that relationship, man, it feels almost sabotaged looking back at it from those “friends” who apparently built great distain for me over time and worked on bringing me down or destroying the relationship. Honestly been thinking about sending those couple of guys fight contracts just to let them know I know what’s up and keep it legal. The first sign was probably when they had a group chat I wasn’t allowed in. Only downhill from there it seems but maybe prior to that I had just not noticed anything against me by them. Alright.. onward!

Waking up is always the worst part of the day because it’s after those bad dreams from all night. I dunno what it is but it’s like my dreams work me up to the point where I can type my ideas out like I am currently doing in the mornings, for the past 7 years or more. Nothing has changed from making these comments though. When I moved home with my parents it was 2016, when the pandemic hit in 2020 I felt nothing, very little changed for me, and very little changed as the pandemic was lifted. I’ve been trying to eat healthy, work out enough, be positive. Hoping it pays off soon.

27:30 about a year or go when I’d decide I was going to do something the next day I would get a recurring dream of being seated on the outside of the back of a plane taking off. Picture two seats on the outside of the plane on the tail side looking behind the plane. Also another recurring dream would be being on a bus, a passenger, and the bus would be sliding over an icy road or having the feeling of toppling over while rounding a turn. Had to be nerves.

Here in Newfoundland Canada pro/prize fighting is illegal still. Growing up I wish I had mma. Wasn’t allow to get in hockey for costs, travel, time, danger.. wondering if I would’ve been allowed in mma even.. I knew of wwe but thought it was fake and thought there was little hope to learn how to defend myself. A kid would come up from behind me at recess while I was sitting at the bench eating, take me by the neck, wrap his arm around me like a rear naked choke almost, and drag me outta my seat. Happened numerous times. Never retaliated from what I believe was fear of authority/teachers and getting in trouble. I see that guy around now and I consider what I should do. Feels like I could punk him now days but who knows, and it goes back to authority and not wanting to be in trouble with the law more so now.

To the guy my age who went through the breakup i would tell you why she ACTUALLY broke up and what she is ACTUALLY doing but i want you to NOT end yourself however what i can tell you is DO NOT take her back. She only told you that 6 month bs to keep you on a string in case whoever else doesnt work out. That is the ONLY reason she said that and you are a legend you're gonna do just fine

That Sarority girl definitely has cheated multiple times. Id leave that girl brother youre well aware of what women are like nowadays of our age they're not worth it most of the time as it is but you mix in what she's doing I'd be brutally honest and just be a crazy strong wrestler and shes gonna be 26 and remember what they lost
