Especially like the cool Halloween design 🎉 Returning to the question about managers, can you give examples from your practice of what positions managers moved to and what new functions they performed?

Nothing too outside the career progression they'd have outside agile. Project managers move to roles like development manager, QA manager, or managing a PMO. Functional managers (e.g., a dev manager) will get promoted to dev director. Learning how to get the best out of people is a skill that is amplified when becoming agile. The managers who develop (or improve) that skill have very good careers. Other managers decide they really didn't like managing and decide to go back into their technical roles (perhaps then going back into management later).
