That's why mukbangs took off. Before it become a small person eating inordinate amount of food. It was a way for people in east Asia in places where the work culture can breed a lot of loneliness, could experience eating with friends or company while alone, by eating while streaming or recording and having comments to create that social element.

They do sell those beef slices in gravy at Iceland. It's £1 a box and it's usually on the same isles as the ready meals. The box is blue and much smaller than a normal £1 ready meal box. I believe they brand it as "beef slices in gravy".

I nearly stopped at Iceland for one of those square pizzas ...if it hadn't been for my first pint at the bowling alley for a year followed by grub at Witherspoon's. Halijulua!!! Will be getting one in the future tho ...and some o them frozen donuts!

Last Iceland meal I had was Beef Tagliatelle. It wasn't one of their cheaper meals but there was plenty of it, including lots of veg. It was very tasty.

I really like Iceland for their ready meal selection and freezer range but I honestly wouldn't buy milk eggs, bread or fresh from there! Gonna try the croissants!

@@Jamal_Tyrone 1) They don't just do white bread, I buy thick sliced wholemeal. It's quite good, taste wise. They also do a nice bloomer and a nice tiger loaf. 2) I don't know about where you live, but where I live the milk costs about the same at most supermarkets in my area and the cheese and eggs are slightly cheaper in Iceland. 3) Free delivery when you spend over £35 online. 4) Availability of delivery slots is better than most supermarkets and the deliveries are usually on time. The delivery drivers are cheerful, helpful and friendly. 5) If they don't have an item that you ordered and there is no matching items to substitute then they don't just chuck any old item in of matching value like some supermarkets I know, they just won't charge you for the missing item. Farmfoods may be cheaper on some things but, for me, it means a double bus journey, (melted ice cream, anyone?) and they don't do delivery or on line ordering. Life happens and even ifthe best i can get is infrequent videos of Basil to watch and make my own cat jelous ill take it! Also i find it very interesting to learn what is considered breakfast/lunch/dinner over there and am still sometimes trying to understand a few language differences between uk english and american. I must admit i have watched you eat many different versions of puddings and this one confuses me the most. Yorkshire puddings seem to be some type of filled pastry and other puddings seem to cover a variety of names of things as they would be called here. if nothing else it keeps me guessing!

It doesn't help you in the slightest, but many many years ago we used to buy just the boil in a bag beef slices in gravy from Safeway, and obviously Safeway no longer exist lol. I'm sure it must still exist somewhere though, I'd have thought Iceland would be the perfect candidate to sell it.
