The level of adrenaline alone when you’re about to fight is extremely hard to control. That’s even for seasoned fighters.. cowboy cert one had about 60 fights and still threw up before walking out. You’d have to feel it too understand it. Weak legs feel like jelly overwhelming if you don’t control your feet and breathing.
