I'm really looking forward to the ring. I've been waiting for months. The biggest benefit to the ring over the watch to me is I Only where my watch when I'm Going Out and a tracker 24/7. Especially monitoring my sleep very uncomfortable wearing a watch to bed.

there was a movie i saw as a kid from the mid 2000 from chinese / hong kong cinema where in the future people were using rings in replacement of phones. you’d wear two rings one on a pinky and the other on thumb and you’d make a call one for microphone and the other for speaker. brought it up in conversation earlier this month surprisingly. this tech is getting pretty close

RingConn offers $229 a bit more than half price $399. Their case recharges 18-20 times verses Samsung at 1 1/2 times! RingConn syncs with Google Fit as well. Love Samsung, but this just isn't competitive. The leader of Google was in attendance regarding AI. I wonder why Samsung in their partnership with Google wouldn't offer a direct link to Google Fit. It's important to me because I have to go through Fit to send results out to third parties. This would require a third party app to work between Samsung and Fit. As far as accuracy is concerned, I have seen comments of comparisons to chest straps and other devices to compare results. I didn't see that in the presentation this morning from Samsung.

Exactly!!🤣 I find it unbeliveably funny... I was looking for some step counter which I can use while wearing a classic watch. I'm now super happy with Qring that is really accurate at counting steps, has the double tap photo feature (works great), I have no worries about loosing it, looks stunning(people who don't ask me about it, think its a galaxy ring) and finally it costs 25 TIMES less.. the main drawback is poor sleep tracking, but I find a lightweight smartwatch more comfortable while sleeping. I was expecting at least NFC from such a pricey device as Samsung😂
