A fun, fun chase that started southeast of Willcox, Arizona and ended up on the northwest side of Tucson. Lightning was the name of the game and there was plenty of it. Hope you enjoy this chase!

Mike, to capture it all, the path ahead is clear. You're going to have to upgrade to a satellite. Joking aside, that was an amazing storm system. So many different things happened all at once.

Have you ever chased in the Mojave desert before like south eastern California before when the Monsoon season is ongoing?

Looks like someone was getting the shaft. Are the monsoonal storms developing later in the day, or is that typical for southern AZ? I have a story about needing to start a fire in a national forest after getting caught in shorts on a motorcycle during the summer near the Grand Canyon. Got warmer clothes in Williams. Oh, and I can't wait to see these in a future feature.

I might be visiting from Europe next year to chase storms in that region. As a stormchaser it's a must do, but I'm sure there lots of challanges too it as well.
