That 980s is a summer slop session saver for sure. Had many a fun hour with it here this summer in SF - paired with your Portal board no less. (powered by Foil Drive to date but one of these days I'll get out there unpowered)

If you had to choose, 980 vs 1075 for pumping and linking waves?

For just pumping in flat water the 1075 might be best in class. But for linking waves and actually doing some fun turns I’d definitely take the 980. It’s their surf wing but in my opinion it doubles as a great pump wing.
