He reminds me of Michael Vick, Vick did run a dog fighting circle that resulted in dogs dying because of it, with his friends/the wrong company. And he did that in College and at Atlanta but VA Tech and ATL didn’t care, all that mattered was his performance on the field, but Vick went to jail and he revitalized himself and saved his career, he then played for the Eagles. Buggs was signed a week before the Superbowl and is a member of the practice squad. He never saw the field for KC. I think the recent arrest holds water. Breaking and entering (charged as burglary) and assault/DV against his ex. This one looks like he's done it. The animal abuse claims led to arrests that weren't recorded. If you are arrested it goes on public record. Period. And the reports could be false. Animal neglect is up to interpretation of the viewer and it's very easy to get someone to say "the conditions are not fit for animals" when they definitely could be fit. I'm inclined to believe he assaulted his ex and he's also being coerced to give up his business license. But he's on a futures deal. He's not a Chief and he won't be a Chief next year.
