When he takes the club back it looks like he's taking it back to the outside slightly while his hands are close to his body rather than parallel to the target line. Fowler used to do this but with the clubface square to the target line like Spieth that causes a slight bend in the left arm after impact rather than full extension which eliminates face rotation but Fowler released the club thru impact.
