Well, Ram has the best truck out there, looks and performance. I'm a Ford fan but man that Ram is just over the top!!! Cummins, Aisin, BorgWarner drive system, and that interior...never thought the "perfect truck" could be built until Ram dropped this on the ground.

I test drove one of these and I have a brand new F350. I was so impressed, the power and the way the torque is delivered is so smooth and strong. The quality of the truck was super excellent and impressive. Wish I would have waited and not jumped to buy my Ford now. Damn that's nice truck.

Someday! & I will make a KZbin series of my travels. I used to think Dodges were buck ugly, but LOVE the new RAMS! They absolutely hit it out of the park with their new models. Top notch review - very detailed and informative. This is a great interior, but I notice there are still blank buttons in a few places. I'm curious if those can be used for extra gear alongside the 6 upfitter switches. I actually prefer this all black interior over the two tone variant they also have. I think the only thing left to add would be massaging seats, but then it wouldn't be a truck LOL That missing left foot rest is also a pet peeve of mine and you see it in so many other trucks - I don't get why they cannot put one in there. If I was configuring mine I'd get the SRW Hemi with Rambox, and then add on an aftermarket cat back exhaust and some beefy 40 inch tires. Those V8 Hemi's sound awesome and will look great too with a nice set of tips. It's nice that you can get a Whipple supercharger for it as well. Anybody got a spare $80K they want to throw at me??? I promise it will be put to good use ;-)

the commercial setting, is for setting up those aux switches. can choose wether its powered via ignition or battery, if it is momentary etc.

The problem with diesels is you got anti pollution systems like the DPF filter and def systems that are very expensive if it breaks. That's another cost with def fluid and unless you are by a truck stop like Love's, TA, Flying J, Pilot the stuff you get is about $11 dollars for what you get a Walmart or $2.79 a gallon if you are by a truck stop. To prevent the DPF filter from getting clogged you have to go on highway often depending on what you are towing because if not you are going to be regening a lot and that can take up to 15 to 20 minutes. So unless you are hauling a flat bed, towing a trailer, or RV then diesel trucks are not for you.

I bought this exact same truck in Wisconsin in 2014 August for $60,000. Mine has 410 gears Max Tow Aisin transmission. 850 foot pounds torque. Rated to tow 28 820 pounds trailer. 3500 Dually Mega cab Limited. Snow plow prep. 14 recall so far and not quite a big enough truck to haul my arctic fox 990 camper. Thinking about trading it in for a 5500 but really want the lane keep assist that the 2020 may have. Is it still very fun to drive and hauls and tows like a beast. My interior is exactly the same except my screen is 8.4 and I do not have a sliding center console

I love almost everything about this truck apart from the manual fold-up mirrors... manual fold-up mirrors with an $85,000 MSRP. I get it maybe on entry-level trims, but the limited seems a bit... lazy/cheap. Also, how does a truck that size on a full-tank have a range of 398 miles; maybe it will adjust as its driven for the first time through a full-tank?

You're in luck! the 2019 HD trucks are actually 4th Gens (2009-2018) from the cab on back so everything you see is likely completely compatible (except for the dash, TBD) with your older interior and bed...
